He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law. Over the course of his career, Mark has built a diverse legal background spanning real estate, corporate law, insurance, consumer protection, and medical malpractice. As a certified Family and Civil Mediator, Mark is known for his calm, solution-focused approach and ability to guide even the most complex disputes toward equitable outcomes. He also holds a Real Estate license, giving him unique insight into property-related conflicts and transactions. Whether mediating family matters or high-stakes civil cases, Mark is trusted for his integrity, neutrality, and depth of experience.
Shey Stitt
With a strong foundation in human behavior and organizational strategy, Shey brings both insight and structure to Resolve Mediation & Arbitration, LLC. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, which uniquely equips her to understand the interpersonal and operational dynamics that drive conflict—and resolution. As Co-Founder and CFO, Shey oversees business operations, financial strategy, and long-term planning. Her background in workplace psychology informs her balanced, people-first approach to leadership and dispute resolution. She is passionate about creating accessible, professional alternatives to litigation, where clarity, fairness, and efficiency guide every decision.
